You can contact me by post, email, or phone. Please note correspondence will be treated in the same way regardless of the method of contact and therefore emails may not receive an immediate response. I endeavour to reply to all contact within 10 working days.

I also hold monthly advice surgeries, one at Brent Town Hall and another at Harrow East Labour Centre, Wealdstone. The surgeries, which usually occur on the third Friday of every month are by appointment only. Please contact me by any of the below methods if you would like a surgery appointment.
